SUMMARY:
Provides direct care to families assigned to Emergency Hotel Family.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position requires a High School diploma or GED. Experience with the homeless and substance abuse population needed. A clean and valid driver’s license with the ability to drive a passenger van necessary. Ability to establish workload priorities and balance diverse projects. Must have excellent communication skills both orally and in writing with individuals and groups regarding complex and sensitive issues. The physical ability to perform the essential job functions is needed. In addition, the Client Care Coordinator shall perform any duties as required to meet the needs of the agency and the clients that we serve. The agency reserves the right to review and change job duties and responsibilities as the need arises.
