Job Summary:
PPL (Project for Pride in Living) seeks a talented, detail-oriented individual with strong multitasking skills to join the Volunteers Team as a Volunteer Manager. This role entails full-cycle recruitment of volunteers, interns, and work-study students for PPL’s diverse programs, encompassing both one-time and ongoing opportunities. Additionally, the Volunteer Manager will support various volunteer management activities and projects aimed at fulfilling PPL’s mission.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Community engagement and outreach
Volunteer management (individual and group/corporate volunteering)
Ø Work with PPL staff to determine group volunteer needs (e.g., food shelf, painting, etc.).
Ø Recruit, coordinate and supervise group volunteer projects.
Data Collection and Evaluation
Volunteer Engagement, Appreciation, and Retention
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Does not supervise other staff but may direct the work of interns and volunteers as needed.

Salary: $61,000.00 -$64,000.00 annually DOQ
PPL's work structure has evolved into a Hybrid Model, striking a balance between on-site presence at the office or satellite locations (60%) and remote work from home (40%).
