Project BBQ is Hiring a Restaurant Supervisor Near Las Vegas, NV

Job description

Summary of Position: The Front of Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the main restaurant, and Project BBQ. Managing the FOH staff includes training, delegating and general supervision. Oversee that all opening and closing duties of the outlets are completed correctly. Supervise individual shifts to help ensure that employees meet standards set by Project BBQ.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the restaurant
  • Oversee, delegate, employees making sure their taking care of their duties
  • Addressing concerns, solving problems, and equipment are fully functional making sure restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Training employees at register providing professional customer service
  • Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel
  • Ability to climb, lift, reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift at least 40 pounds
  • Must be able to stand for up to 10 hours in hot, wet, humid, cold, and loud environments
  • Ability to perform quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
  • Maintaining a clean and safe workplace for employees and guest
  • Lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment
  • Ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences
  • Closing out banks at the end of each shift assuring that transactions are processed accurately
  • Implementing strategies and plans developed and analyzing the outcome
  • Press upselling to bring up revenue
  • Training company policies and menu descriptions
  • Covering call in shifts
  • Key Holder
  • Read reports and check for accuracy
  • Oversee that all opening and closing duties of the outlets are completed correctly by employees
  • Team Supervisors are responsible for issuing and tracking employee attendance violations
  • Responsible for completing office duties
  • Compliance to any reasonable request by management
  • Must be able to communicate effectively (verbal/written)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
