As the Dock 17 Server Lead, you will be instrumental in shaping the dining experience and upholding our restaurant's values. Your enthusiasm for our delicious offerings will shine as you provide exceptional service, address guest inquiries, and oversee restaurant operations. Your leadership skills will motivate and guide our team towards excellence, ensuring every guest receives a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Showcase genuine passion for our culinary offerings and exceptional service standards.
• Assist in training new servers to provide an outstanding dining experience.
• Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management. 
• Execute opening and closing procedures in accordance with company standards
• Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members alike.
• Assist with general server duties and ensure restaurant cleanliness.
• Utilize Point of Sale systems accurately and efficiently.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and discretion.
• Lead by example, inspiring team members to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements:

•  Infectious personality and positive attitude.
•  Prior leadership experience in a restaurant setting.
•  Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences.
•  Availability to work weekends and holidays.
•  Previous experience with Point-of-Sale systems is preferred.
•  Strong communication and organizational abilities.
•  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
•  Attention to detail and accuracy.
•  Comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs. and standing for extended periods.
•  Must be 18 years of age or older.
•  Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances.
