We're seeking an Inbound Customer Service Representative with a background in the technology sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering inbound telephone calls from customers. This is a great position for someone who enjoys working on the phone with customers and solving problems.
Responsibilities:
- Provide product details for clients.
- Aid clients in selecting products.
- Answer questions about products and return policies.
- Provide shipping information to clients.
- Answer questions about order status.
