Title: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Seeking a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with experience in hands-on patient care. Applicant must possess all appropriate licensure and certification requirements with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Essential duties include but are not limited to:

• Provide total patient care under the supervision of a physician
• Perform physical examinations and document preventative health measures
• Manage patient treatment plan
• Facilitate referrals, consultations, therapeutic services, etc.
• Document patient chart and other documents as appropriate
• Orders and interprets diagnostic test relative to patient’s age-specific needs

Qualifications/Certification:

• Graduate of a Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant Program
• DEA License
• Basic Life Support (BLS/ACLS)
• 2 year of experience in Family Care or related field preferred
• Bilingual Spanish a plus

Certification/Licensure:

• NP or PA California State License for the field of practice
• Furnishing License/ DEA
• Current provider card in Basic Life Support (BLS)
