Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. Duties:
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate in-person interviews
- Maintain applicant tracking system and ensure all candidate information is accurate and up-to-date
- Assist with new hire onboarding, including preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and coordinating orientation sessions
- Support employee relations initiatives by addressing employee questions and concerns, conducting investigations when necessary, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Assist with performance management processes, including coordinating employee evaluations and maintaining performance documentation
- Support talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates, attending job fairs, and building relationships with universities or other talent pipelines
- Stay up-to-date on employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience in HR coordination or related role
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
- Knowledge of recruiting best practices, including sourcing strategies and interview techniques
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (such as UltiPro or Kronos) and applicant tracking systems (such as Lever)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
