Who We Are Looking For:

Job Summary:

This position obtains and maintains client information within various data systems for billing, revenue recognition, forecasting, customer status, pauses in billing, and payment delinquencies. This position requires critical thinking skills as well as problem-solving skills.

Essential Duties:

Ability to:

• Prepare and record revenue recognition schedules, billing and payment plans, sales reporting, bank deposits (electronic and physical drop off), daily reconciliation, and month-end closure.
• Reconcile deposits, chargebacks, credit cards, and bank statements.
• Ensure the accuracy of subscription billing, course tuition, and associated tickets and ticket payments.
• Maintains accurate accounts receivable files and historical information including invoice recording, applying customer payments application, and delinquent account payment collection.
• Evaluate, research, and validate requests for customer account adjustments.
• Follow up on client requests, internal requests, and escalated issues.
• Research, organize, and analyze data, coordinate with appropriate departments to solve problems, and think through critical, time-sensitive issues
• Work collaboratively with staff at all levels in the organization
• Follow through on commitments, projects, and responsibilities
• Calculate figures and amounts.
• Maintain confidential information
• Complete special projects or tasks and duties timely as assigned or requested.
• Read, research, and interpret documents such as contracts, journals, financial reports, etc.
• Complete tasks daily and accurately
• Participate in the Month-End Closing Process performing various revenue reconciliations between departments, balance sheet reconciliations, and other duties as necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,000.00 per year
