Looking for a reliable, cheerful, professional, and organized Receptionist/Office Assistant, who can connect with patients and be passionate about the health improvements they're receiving and encourage them to send their friends and family in to get the same benefits!
Initially this position requires clerical tasks, answering phones and scheduling new and follow up patients. There are systems and protocols, but you should also be able to think about what situations needs and be flexible. Candidate must have excellent computer and typing skills. Must be personable and detail oriented with a strong ability to successfully and effectively multitask.
Position hours to start are:
Tuesday: 1:30 - 6:00 , Thursday 1:30 - 6:00
If you prove right for the position hours will increase and potentially move into full time if desired.
