Progressions Rehabilitation offers residential care and rehabilitation support to adults with Traumatic Brain Injuries at several locations throughout Macomb and Oakland counties. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitors and implements physician-ordered treatments
• Completes persons served assessments on biweekly basis
• Educates persons served and direct support staff on medications and health care strategies and procedures
• Attends medically needed doctor's appointments with persons served
• Manages, coordinates and communicates with pharmacies, managers, and staff so that all prescription medications are properly matched and accounted for in the electronic system
• Participates in team meetings as requested, as well as staff meetings
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse licensed to practice in MI
• Valid driver’s license
• Current auto insurance
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain
• Must be willing to travel to all of our locations throughout Macomb and Oakland Counties
• Must want to make a difference
