ProForce Talent Solutions is looking for a dynamic Account Manager for an established, yet innovative, company in North Central San Antonio. In this role, you will play a vital role providing exceptional service to customer accounts. In this highly collabortaive role, your duties include building relationships with stakeholders, understanding needs, and exceeding expectations. Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for customer accounts.

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including engineering teams, project managers, and executives.

• Understand technical requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customized solutions for each customer account.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

• Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a Business or STEM.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in modeling and calculations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple language.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
