PROFORCE LAW ENFORCEMENT is Hiring a Regional Sales Manager Near Fort Worth, TX

Position Overview

ProForce Law Enforcement is an innovative leader in law enforcement equipment and firearms sales. We are recognized by our customers for our excellence in creative marketing, technology, professionalism, and world-class customer service. ProForce is currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Northern Texas territory to join our hardworking Outside Sales Team.

The Regional Sales Manager position is a base commission outside sales position that is responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with our customers in State, Local, and Federal law enforcement agencies throughout northern Texas. Additionally, our Regional Sales Managers are responsible for visiting law enforcement agencies throughout the territory, conducting product demonstrations, as well as representing ProForce at various trade shows and product training classes.

Ideal Regional Sales Manager Candidate Would Possess

  • 5 years prior outside sales experience
  • A strong work ethic
  • The ability to work independently with little to no direct supervision
  • Prior Law Enforcement or Military experience is a PLUS
  • The ability to travel up to 100% of the time
  • A responsive, action oriented, and customer obsessed drive for success
  • A proactive, upbeat, and positive attitude
  • Flexibility, creativity, and strategic thinking skills
  • The ability to demonstrate strong prioritization and organizational skills
  • An ability to communicate in a professional and articulate manner
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office and CRM systems

Regional Sales Manager Position Requirements

  • Must reside within the stated territory
  • Valid state motor vehicle operator’s license
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening

Regional Sales Manager Pay &Benefits

ProForce offers a generous benefits compensation package including a base pay of $65k PLUS monthly commissions on sales in addition to COMPANY-PAID Employee Medical Insurance, Family Telemedicine access, and Life Insurance benefits. Our additional voluntary benefits include family Medical, Dental, and Vision coverages as well as supplemental Life Insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts, Short-term/ Long-term Disability plans, and a 401(k) with a 25% match!
