A small but Busy CPA office in Irvine, CA needs An Accounting/Insurance Agent Assistant

(1) To do Bookkeeping, Answering Phone Calls, Insurance Quoting & small office projects
(2) Must work independently and be a fast learner
(3) Must have six months of Quick Book Work Experience

(4) Must be a Mandarin Chinese and English speaker

(5) Office Hours, Monday to Friday 10 am to 6:30 pm and require some Sat work on tax seasons

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
