We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Escrow Assistant. As an Escrow Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the processing and coordination of real estate transactions. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Duties:
- Assist Escrow Officers with the opening, processing, and closing of escrow transactions
- Review and prepare escrow documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, and sellers to gather necessary documentation and information
- Prepare settlement statements and other closing documents
- Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the escrow process
- Maintain organized files and records of all escrow transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address any inquiries or concerns
-Help in any way possible to make the office run smoothly

Here are some general skills that would give you a head start in our industry:
- Strong knowledge of escrow processes.
- Proficiency in basic math calculations.
- Experience in loan processing or financial services is preferred.
- Excellent 10-key typing skills for efficient data entry
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
