Professional Services Group, Inc is Hiring a Social Services Program Coordinator Near Oshkosh, WI

PSG/CIP is a multi-service community-based social services organization that fulfills its mission of helping individuals and families achieve their greatest potential through dynamic, cost-effective, and innovative programming responsive to the needs of diverse communities.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Program Coordinator directs and monitors all aspects of social services provided in Winnebago and Outagamie County programming, including: In-Home Safety Services, Comprehensive Community Services, Supervised Visitation, Parent Support, Recovery, and Youth Support programs. The Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that services are being administered in accordance with contracts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PROGRAM COORDINATOR:

  • Hire, train, supervise, evaluate, and discipline program staff and supervisors.
  • Carry out objectives set by management.
  • Monitor and be accountable for program budgets.
  • Set and monitor employee caseloads.
  • Attend supervisors' meetings and convey pertinent information to staff.
  • Prepare required reports and all other program documentation accurately and on time.
  • Review case notes, safety assessments and safety plans.
  • Act as a resource for supervisors and workers in emergency and crisis situations.
  • Advise Program Director of crisis situations.
  • Ensure quality assurance through file reviews.
  • Ensure that company policies are followed at all times by employees.
  • Safely transport clients as needed.

LOCATION: Primary office is located in Oshkosh, WI. Position will require travel to other office locations throughout Winnebago and Outagamie Counties.

SALARY: $68,000-78,000

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or related.
  • Must have a minimum of five years' experience working with youth and families involved in the child welfare system.
  • Two years' of supervisory or management experience is required.
  • Must have reliable transportation on a daily basis, a valid driver's license, and automobile insurance.
