Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire contract lifecycle from initiation to closure
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions with vendors and clients
• Develop and implement strategies for contract management and adherence
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, correspondence, and documentation
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure contract requirements are met
• Monitor contract performance to identify areas for improvement or changes
• Handle any contract modifications, amendments, or extensions

Requirements

• Proficiency in contract negotiation and management
• Ability to draft legal documents accurately
• Knowledge of vendor management practices
• Experience in document management and change management
• Familiarity with pricing strategies and business management principles
