Construction Contracts Coordinator Responsibilities:

- Oversee the entire contract lifecycle from initiation to closure
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with vendors and clients
- Develop and implement strategies for contract management and adherence
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, correspondence, and documentation
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure contract requirements are met
- Monitor contract performance to identify areas for improvement or changes
- Handle any contract modifications, amendments, or extensions

Requirements:

- Strong understanding of business development processes
- Proficiency in contract negotiation and management
- Ability to draft legal documents accurately
- Knowledge of vendor management practices
- Experience in document management and change management
- Familiarity with pricing strategies and business management principles
