Oversight of all facilities functions of a 30-story high rise multifamily community in the City of Detroit. Candidate is responsible and must have proven knowledge of building facility operations to include highrise plumbing / boilers / chillers / electrical / blueprint understanding, ability to provide an analytical thought process, supervision and oversight of the building engineer, maintenance technicians, housekeeping and grounds. Experience with engaging required contracting services and maintaining required contracts. Must understand inventory / equipment control, processing and monitoring work order system, strong preventive and conditional maintenance expertise, ability to supervise and coordinate onsite projects and contracts. Candidates must have excellent organization and communication skills and experience in the management of high rise buildings.
