Job Summary
Professional HVAC/R Services & Pro Green Technologies is on the lookout for a dynamic individual to expand our administrative team. This pivotal role involves supporting the General Manager and Staff Accountant with their daily operations. Education and Experience Requirements

  • Education: High School diploma required; a college degree is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is essential, with a foundational understanding of basic bookkeeping practices.

Primary Job Duties

In this role, you will:

  • Support the General Manager in office/business management and the Staff Accountant with daily responsibilities.
  • Assist with Human Resources tasks, including implementing procedures and managing the 401k retirement plan.
  • Facilitate auto and general liability insurance renewals and/or modifications.
  • Manage invoice entry into QuickBooks and ensure reminders are up-to-date.

  • Accounting Software: QuickBooks
  • Task Management: Monday.com
  • Collaboration Tools: Microsoft Teams
