Position Expectations:

In this management role, the Account Manager will be the key to your office's success. This position puts you in an environment to grow your office while being led by our upper management team. As the Account Manager, you will be tasked with overseeing the day-to-day operations of your office, including but not limited to scheduling billing, insurance authorizations for patients, as well as daily communications with the nurses and patient's families to keep strong relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Provider Relations
• 1-2 years of managerial experience (preferably in a healthcare setting).
• Solid problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
• Ability to build relationships with employees and clients
• Desire to learn and grow in role.
• Customer service/interpersonal skills preferred
• finance/sales background, a plus

Duties:

• Maintaining rapport with clients and nurses alike.
• Overseeing payrates for nurses in the field.
• Promoting open communication between all departments.
• Overseeing schedules for all patients and nurses.
• Managing the nurses and clients after hours if issues arise.
• Performing weekly billing and payroll reports for your office.
• Adhering to all policies and procedures as well as corporate goals and objectives.
• Demonstrating professional behavior and always serving as a role model to staff.
• Performing specific projects as requested by the Regional Director of Operations.

Pay: $44,574.76 - $53,681.43 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
