Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care services. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by helping them with daily tasks and promoting their independence.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning and laundry
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and assist with transportation needs
- Engage in meaningful conversations and provide emotional support to clients
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical or mental condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Personal Care Assistant or similar role is preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and compassion towards clients
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
