We’re looking for a Product Director, Quality and Safety to help shape the future of Procore’s Quality and Safety solution. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and industry knowledge to ensure our products meet the needs of teams supporting construction projects of any type, size, or location, driving clear value for our customers and further differentiating our solutions in the market. You’ll partner closely with our Mobile and Data/AI organizations to expand our support of field teams and create value for every individual on the jobsite. This position will report to the VP of Product, Project Execution and will be based in our Austin Office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the strategic vision and roadmap for the Quality and Safety solution ensuring alignment with our company and product strategy

• Deeply understand and communicate the risks associated with Quality and Safety on construction projects, and the regulatory and customary differences between regions

• Identify and analyze market trends, new regulation, customer feedback and competitive offerings to inform product innovation and improvements

• Ensure our solutions comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to Quality and Safety across all product offerings.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, customer support to effectively deliver and implement solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and achieve revenue targets

• Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within product and across the entire organization

• Manage and mentor a team of product managers, setting clear goals and expectations, and providing regular feedback and coaching

• Develop and manage the plan that ensures resources are allocated efficiently and effectively to drive product success

What we're looking for: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Safety Management Engineering, Construction or related field - Master’s degree preferred

• 6 years of experience building and delivering successful products, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

• Strong understanding of construction process, quality control, safety standards, and regulatory compliance

• Hypothesis-driven product development

• Passionate about Procore and the problems we are solving for the construction industry 

• Effective communication skills with a strong ability to influence and lead teams of various sizes

• Proven track record of developing cross-functional partnerships across Product and Revenue teams

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $214,960 - $295,570. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
