Job DescriptionAs Business Systems Analyst, Salesforce GTM at Procore, you’ll join our Business Technology team to define, design, and build best-in-class solutions on Salesforce.com and integrated systems. Salesforce is critical to the success of our Sales, Customer Support, and Marketing teams, and you’ll play a major role in managing one of Procore’s most valuable assets.This position will report to the Sr. Manager, GTM Systems. We’re looking for candidates to join us immediately.What you’ll do:Design and build scalable solutions that move the needle. Administer Procore’s Salesforce setup and configuration, including automation, object configuration, and integrations.Work with stakeholders to understand and document requirements, fostering collaboration and building trust as a delivery partner.Maintain a holistic view of Salesforce processes to understand the impact on configuration, workflow, and permission changes.Research, integrate, and manage third-party applications and packages.Keep up to date on Salesforce industry best practices and trends to drive ongoing improvements to Procore’s Salesforce.com platform.What we’re looking for:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.2 years of Salesforce administrator or developer experience supporting an enterprise-level SFDC instance.In-depth knowledge of Salesforce.com configuration and administration on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience collaborating across functional areas.Passionate about Salesforce.com; regularly following Salesforce trends and best practices.Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, a high degree of motivation, and deadline-driven productivity.Salesforce.com Administrator and Platform Developer 1 certifications. Experience with LeanData, Einstein, and data management tools (e.g. Data Loader or DemandTools).Beneficial experience includes: Advanced Administrator certifications, agile methodology experience, working knowledge of SOQL, Developer Workbench, and Copado (or similar deployment tooling).Additional InformationBase Pay Range $75,200-$103,400.
