Position Summary
The Sales & Marketing Representative is responsible for managing and driving sales within a designated territory as part of the marketing team for ProCompounding, LLC and ensures that they are aligned with the corporate strategic direction. The individual works to generate new business opportunities resulting in increased revenue. The individual will develop and maintain industry contacts with external organizations to keep well-informed of pharmaceutical industry regulations, trends, and sales opportunities.
This position reports directly to the Sales & Marketing Director.
Essential Functions
- Develop relationships with Healthcare Providers, their staff, Home Health Agencies, and Resource Centers. Educate via office calls, in-service meetings, public speaking, and other professional shows.
- Establish marketing and sales strategies to meet organizational objectives.
- Evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data, and implement marketing and sales plan changes as needed.
- Secures orders for services from existing and potential customers by means of visiting the customer facilities or contacting by phone.
- Plan and carry out sales and marketing activities to agreed-upon budgets, sales volumes, product mix and timelines.
- Develop profitable and sustainable sales growth with all assigned targets.
- Develop key account plans for targeted offices or groups.
- Represent ProCompounding, LLC at local and regional community groups and functions.
- Maintain thorough understanding of customer needs.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams.
- Coordinate, track and plan all expenses within budget guidelines.
- Submit all expenses and reports in a timely manner and in compliance with policies.
- Utilize designated software programs to documents account activity and expenses.
- All other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Work Experience
Required Experience: 1 to 2 years
- Previous health care sales experience required; home health care sales experience preferred
- Proficient in operating Microsoft Office applications

- Ability to recognize and generate sales leads
- Ability to exercise independent judgment
- Willingness to travel and use personal automobile
- Dependable in attendance and job performance
- Drive a motor vehicle without restrictions
- Must possess car insurance and keep the policy up-to-date
