Job Summary: On behalf of our client, Procom Services is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts in line with our ambitious 10-year growth plan. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with extensive experience in managing lead-generation funnels, optimizing marketing metrics, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strong leader who can develop and execute marketing strategies while fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies to fuel our growth. Identify and manage multiple lead generation funnels and continuously optimize their performance.
  • Metrics Management: Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics, including conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and return on investment. Make data-driven decisions to improve marketing performance.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Marketing Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI. Ensure cost-effective utilization of marketing channels and technologies.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target segments.
  • New Funnel Creation: Explore and experiment with new lead generation funnels, staying ahead of industry best practices. Innovate and adapt marketing strategies to meet evolving customer needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service, to align marketing efforts with company objectives and customer expectations.
  • Brand Management: Maintain and enhance our brand image through effective branding, messaging, and marketing campaigns.
  • Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of at least 7-10 years in marketing leadership roles, preferably in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Strong knowledge of various lead generation funnels and their management.
  • Expertise in marketing analytics, metrics, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive marketing initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Experience in the construction or home improvement industry is a must.
