This role is 100% remote, supporting Mountain Time and occasionally Africa and Australia. (Technology Business Analyst, Infrastructure) Job Details:
The Technology Business Analyst will work collaboratively with all business areas, applications, and technology teams, and external partners, including stakeholders, to support in implementing key strategies and organizational priorities. The role involves leading business analysis activities to understand, analyze and document the business requirements translating them into functional requirements and/or process workflows. The analyst will also be responsible for migrating applications across existing hardware to new hardware at 7 global sites.
(Technology Business Analyst, Infrastructure) Mandatory Skills:
The ideal candidate must have 5-7 years of Business Analysis experience in enterprise-scale projects, with a minimum of three years of technical experience with infrastructure, VM, network, and security. Excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and advanced problem-solving skills are required. Knowledge of IIBA - BABOK guide and standards, PMBOK, and business analysis documentation standards, methodologies, and best practices is also necessary.
(Technology Business Analyst, Infrastructure) Desired Skills:
A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field is required, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Preferred certifications include CBAP, ITIL Foundation Version 3.0, CompTIA A , CompTIA Network , and Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA). The candidate should be a team player with a strong customer service orientation and diplomacy while dealing with multiple stakeholders.
