Summary:
On behalf of our client, Procom Service is seeking a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) Solution Architect for Field Service. This role is primarily responsible for design, architecture, and implementation on Dynamics 365 CE Field Service. Architect is responsible for developing the Solution blueprint of Dynamics 365 Field Service as well as assisting the implementation and support of this platform. This role will primarily be responsible for aligning business goals with technical strategy and driving a roadmap for the Field Service platform.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 Field Service
- Work with business leads to define functional requirements and document solution design; run detailed design/requirements meetings and showcases to understand business requirements and conduct gap analysis.
- Convert requirements into a Solution
- Guide the design, configuration, and testing of core Dynamics 365 Field Service
- Specify and convey requirements for custom code, integrations, and custom reports to the development team and test completed solutions.
- Generate user and technical documentation
- Train end users and system administrators
- Successful implementation of practical business solutions using industry best practices
- 5 years' experience of Field Service module experience required.
- 2 years' Dynamics 365 CRM modules or Finance & Operations is preferred
- Minimum of 3 full lifecycle Dynamics 365 Field Service implementations
- Minimum 7 years of industry and/or consulting experience
- Strong industry experience within Manufacturing and/or energy industries preferred
- Working knowledge of industry specific best practices
- Excellent and effective communication skills in all mediums (written, verbal) and to all levels within the organization
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
