Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Director of Fulfillment & Client Success, the Account Coordinator is responsible for managing complex/strategic customer inventories consistent with customer requirements of service level and inventory turn objectives, while maximizing supply chain efficiencies. This is to include sharing strategic insights and providing high level support to team members to ensure success in accomplishing internal and external customer requirements.

  • Manage pending orders, product movement and data entry through online customer portals and Enterprise Resource Software (ERP)
  • Manage customer supplied product through tracking and accounting of received product, security of product, distribution of product, and maintenance of inventory levels
  • Field incoming customer service calls, providing remediation and service recovery with a focus on identifying root causes to resolve concerns in a timely manner
  • Ensure constant monitoring of customer activity, developing top of the class analysis and projections, actively reporting data to required stakeholders
  • Coordinate customer order fulfillment to ensure customer expectations are met in cost effective manner
  • Perform inventory cycle counts with cross-functional stakeholders (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually)
  • Follow and drive continuous improvement to best practices established for successful stock replenishment and order fulfillment, while demonstrating full understanding of tools and systems, and sufficient knowledge of consumer sales policies and procedures to maintain internal controls
  • Analyze reports and advise on statuses of orders and identify operational solutions
  • Respond to internal/external inquiries leveraging independent decision-making, resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Manage Returns Authorizations Process
  • Implement lean initiatives to increase efficiency, facilitate continuous improvement, minimize waste, and increase resource flexibility
  • Follow department safety initiatives performed in accordance with all safety rules and regulations. Good housekeeping, 5S program and maintaining an environment free of debris and hazards
  • Update business knowledge through reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional training opportunities

. Experience and skills for success in this role:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years progressively responsible experience in Manufacturing, Customer Service, Retail, or Product Fulfillment
  • Maintain effectiveness of varying environments with different tasks, responsibilities, and people. Set priorities and strategically identify issues, underlying problems, and potential solutions to develop plan of action
  • Proven leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient computer skills including a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office/NAV applications
  • Forklift certification or the ability to become certified
  • Ability to read, write and communicate effectively across multiple platforms with other employees of the organization
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration
  • Experience with managing cost performance and improving inventory management, order management, and warehouse relationships, management systems and processes
  • Self-directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
  • Experience with Kaizen or Lean Manufacturing techniques
