ProCare Therapy is Hiring a Speech Language Pathologist | Full- Time | York, PA | 3 OPEN POSITIONS Near York, PA
PositionOverview:
Weare seeking a dedicated and compassionate SpeechLanguage Pathologist to join a great district in York, PA. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in creating inclusive and nurturing classroom environments, tailoring instruction to meet individualized education plans (IEPs), and helping students with disabilities reach their full potential. This is a full time position starting ASAP.
Responsibilities:
- Full time
- 37.5 hours/week
- Caseload:
- 2 preschool/ k-8th needs
- 1 high school
- capped at 65 kids
- 1 : 1 and small group
- Assessments
- High autism population who will need speech services
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field.
- Must have a PASLP license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Knowledge of various teaching strategies, assistive technologies, and accommodations.
- Experience working with students with diverse needs and abilities.
- Looking for someone who is on time and will work their contracted hours We are problem solution oriented and stay positive!!

Compensation
- W-2 Employment Contract for onsite positions.
- 1099 Employment Contract for virtual positions.
- Direct/ Indirect Services paid equally. Full Time Employees over 30 hours are eligible for benefits.
