Position: Full-Time School Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Location: Medford, MA

Role Description: Join our school-based team as a Full-Time RBT, collaborating closely with educators and behavior analysts to implement behavior intervention plans and support students.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in school settings
• Collect and document student progress data
• Collaborate with school staff for consistent treatment
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Qualifications:

• RBT certification or willingness to obtain it
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong communication and empathy for working with children
