ProCare Therapy is Hiring a School Psychologist - Allentown, PA Near Allentown, PA
School Psychologist Pay & Benefits:
- Highly competitive hourly compensation ($40-55Hourly)

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' academic, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) in collaboration with educators, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Provide counseling and therapeutic interventions to students individually or in group settings.
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and other school personnel to support student success within the classroom environment.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review student progress and develop intervention strategies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments, interventions, and progress reports.

- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
- Current state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.
- Experience working in educational settings, preferably within a school district.
- Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of special education laws and regulations.
- Ability to adapt to diverse student populations and needs.
- (10-15) minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
- (20-30) minute virtual interview directly with the school
- Offer is typically within 24 hours of the virtual interview.
