School Physical Therapist (PT) |Summer in Elmwood Park, IL
ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate part-timePhysical Therapistthis summer for a contract position located inthe Elmwood Park, Illinoisarea.

Description:

• Part-Time
• Dates: June 17th-July 12th
• Hours: 7:30-12:30
• Onsite W2 contracted position
• Virtual Interview
• $38-50 per hour
• K-12th grade

Responsibilities:

• Specialized evaluations and evidence-based treatment that is individualized to the students' needs
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to establish treatment goals
• Record data to track student progress
• Provide therapeutic treatment and instruction in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to improve strength, coordination, range of motion, and function
• Document the response to treatment in routine reports

Qualifications:

• Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Master's degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Experience within pediatrics or schools is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
