ProCare Therapy is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessionals to work with students in Maple Grove, MN. As a Paraprofessional, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and developmental needs of students in a school setting. Your responsibilities may include providing one-on-one assistance to students, implementing educational plans under the direction of certified teachers, and fostering a supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized support and assistance to students with diverse learning needs.
• Assist students with completing classroom assignments and tasks.
• Implement behavior management strategies as directed by supervising teachers.
• Support students in developing social skills and fostering positive peer interactions.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and other educational professionals to meet the individual needs of students.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards and ethics.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
• Previous experience working with children or in educational settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support the success of students.
