We areseeking a passionate SLPA to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about supporting the communication needs of students in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students under the supervision of licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs).
• Collaborate with SLPs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and collect data to monitor progress and adjust therapy goals as needed.
• Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for students.
• Work with students in elementary and middle school settings.
• Flexibility to work both remotely and on-site as required.
• Full or part-time opportunities available.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field.
• Texas Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license.
• Previous experience working with students in an educational or clinical setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping students with communication disorders reach their full potential.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of professionals.
• Willingness to adapt to changing needs and environments.
