Your expertise in evaluating materials, labor, and other project expenses will contribute to the successful execution of projects and the satisfaction of our clients.
Responsibilities:
  • Project Evaluation: Assess project requirements by reviewing architectural plans, specifications, and client preferences to determine the scope of work.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project estimates, bid proposals, and correspondence with clients and suppliers. Update project documentation as needed to reflect changes in project scope, requirements, or costs.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries, clarify project details, and resolve any concerns or issues related to estimates, bids, or project implementation.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all estimates and bids meet company standards for accuracy, consistency, and profitability. Conduct post-project reviews to assess estimates' accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
