Pro Resources is hiring for a company that developed and manufacturers the next generation in Vehicle Suspension Systems. They are looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual to join their team as Powder Coater.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Read and understand blueprints
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of
instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Have excellent attendance and work attitude
Follow general and equipment specific safety rules, use appropriate safety protection equipment and
other safety devices
Able to work 40 hours when necessary to meet customer demand
Must have 2 or more years of powder coating in a manufacturing environment working with steel
Maintain spray guns and equipment
Spray powder to industry's standards and customer specifications
Basic math and measurement skills required
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Able to walk and stand the majority of the shift
Able to use hands to feel and grasp parts, fully reach with hands and arms; stoop, twist, kneel, and
crouch or crawl
Able to wear a full-face respirator
Education and or Work Experience Requirements:
Minimum 2 or more years of experience in related manufacturing industry preferred
High school diploma or GED required
Valid driver’s license
