Job Description:

We’re seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team and play a key role in expanding our client base and revenue. As a Sales Representative for Pro-Mow, Inc. & Superior Sprinkler Systems, you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our landscape maintenance and irrigation & lighting installations.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Follow up on provided leads to acquire new customers.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis.
  • Consultation: Conduct client consultations to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and propose tailored solutions that align with their goals and budget.
  • Quoting and Proposals: Prepare detailed, accurate, and competitive project quotes and proposals for clients, ensuring clear communication of the scope of work, pricing, and timelines.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service, addressing concerns, and following up after project completion.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project implementation, ensuring client expectations are met.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized sales records, including client information, communication history, and project details, updating software tracking tool as expected.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated record of achieving and/or exceeding goals in previous sales role, lawn & irrigation sales a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
  • Knowledge of lawn maintenance & irrigation is a plus but not required.
  • Valid driver's license.
