Role: Data Modeler
Location: Cary-NC
Fulltime Role with TCS
- Under minimal supervision, analyze complex business requirements, translate them to data requirements and develop conceptual, logical and physical data models.
- Partner with development teams to ensure best design solutions for most efficient use of data.
- Manage plan, organize, and implement multiple and complex data and information design tasks.
- Help devise standards and processes, to adjust for rapidly changing technologies and environments.
Skills List:
- 5-8 years’ work experience in database design, including at least 3 years’ experience as a Data Modeler.
- EXPERT ERWin data modeling skills.
- Thorough mastery of logical and physical data modeling.
- SQL DB technology in multiple platforms.
- Emerging No-SQL and Azure Cloud DB approaches and challenges – and how to model.
- Lead those that are not on our team to execute our standard Enterprise Data Modeling point-of-view.
- Very effective oral and written abilities.
- Excellent analytical and investigative ability.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $98,416.63 - $110,523.25 per year
