Call Center Representative Expectations:

• Make outbound calls to and take inbound calls to assist consumers whom have questions regarding their accounts.

• Obtain and enter accurate demographic or other pertinent information into database

Call Center Representative Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma – Required
• Quick thinker, Assertive, Resilient, Pleasant phone voice, Positive tone & Team Player

Call Center Representative Schedule:

• 40 hours per week
• Friday - 8:00am - 5:00pm

Working Environment

This is an office/call center environment with a moderate noise level. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently sitting for long periods of time and typing, entering data and reading on a computer.
