PRK Insurance Agency, Inc is Hiring an Insurance Customer Service Representative Near Massapequa, NY

Must have personal or commercial lines experience

Follow and maintain all workflows with current clients. Perform all account transactions, including rating, applications, ID cards, endorsements, binders, certificates of insurance, renewals, and follow-ups. Assist clients in making appropriate coverage changes, cross-sell each client. Inform and educate clients about coverage, exclusions, and exposures. Document electronic files accordingly. Respond to client inquiries, incoming mail, and email, phone calls, and company request for information. Strictly adhere to agency procedures on recording incoming premium payments and documentation into the management system.

As a Customer Service Representative, you are expected to maintain a positive attitude and a sense of commitment to the agency and its goals. Your cooperation with customers, fellow employees, and management must be constantly high. You are expected to maintain an appropriate professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Requirements:

1. 2 years CSR in the insurance industry

2. NYS broker’s license would be a plus but not needed with experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
