Privia Medical Group North Texas is Hiring a Customer Service Rep/Admin Assistant Near Fort Worth, TX

The Client Services Representative (CSR) manages client relationships and provides customer support. The CSR may field customer inquiries, process orders, schedule appointments, and connect clients with other departments when needed. They serve as a liaison coordinating the initial and ongoing connection between the clinic, physician, and the Laboratory. This is a fast-paced multitasking position. The Client Services Representative will tailor service protocols to meet our clients' (clinics, physicians) and patients' needs. The CSR will also aid the laboratory management in Quality Assurance by tracking and setting process improvement goals. Knowledge of Google apps, Excel, Word, and Laboratory processes is a plus.

Duties:

  • Drive profitability within a designated territory or region.
  • Develop growth opportunities within Privia Medical Group of North Texas
  • Maintain an existing base of clients
  • Partner with laboratory operations to provide exceptional, customer-focused service.
  • Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.
  • Provide backup support including ordering supplies and entering schedule changes
  • Functions as liaison with other departments, including Human Resources, IT, Laboratory and Clinics
  • Completes and coordinates complex projects and reports as assigned by the supervisor, which may require significant contact with other departments and outside organizations and the use of various computer software applications
  • Composes and/or type letters, memorandums, and other non-routine and moderately complex correspondence, that does not require the attention of a supervisor
  • Maintains sub-ledgers and ledgers for various accounts, including reviewing expenditures and encumbrances, reconciling accounts, and ensuring appropriate use of funds
  • Plans and coordinates projects, such as meetings, appointments, conferences, seminars, and workshops; develops and arranges printing of brochures; handles finances for program, including determination of charge to sponsoring department; establishes registration fees; processes all vouchers relating to event
  • Takes, transcribes, and distributes minutes for meetings.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Marketing preferred
  • A valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record for the past three years
  • Previous outside Sales or Service experience, 1-3 years of outside Sales or Service experience in the medical field preferred
  • Excellent communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under time constraints, without close supervision.
  • Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations

The position will be full-time Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM.

This position will pay $20-23 per hour based on experience.
