Custodian/Housekeeper – Part Time

Looking for qualified individual for housekeeper position at an RV Park in Zephyrhills, FL

Self-motivated custodian/housekeeper would be responsible for sanitizing, cleaning and upkeep of all common areas, including rec hall, laundry facilities, bathrooms and showers. Additional cleaning of rental units on an as needed basis. This job is part-time and weekends.

Job Duties:

- Clean and sanitize Rec Hall, Laundry Room, Bathhouse and all common area building interiors on a daily basis according to Park standards

- Cleaning includes but is not limited to removal of trash; sweeping and mopping of floors; sanitizing all bathroom fixtures, walls, showers, tables, chairs, and floors; dusting, etc.

- Spraying and sanitizing pool area and pool furniture

- Monitor and report inventory of cleaning supplies

- Clean rental units prior to guest arrival and after guest departure, as requested, according to Park Standards

- Ensure community common areas are presentable at all times

- Provide excellent customer service to guests and tenants in park

Requirements:

- At least two years cleaning experience

- References required

- Valid driver's license and your own reliable vehicle for transportation

- Must be able to lift 25 pounds

- Ability to work independently as well as on a team

- Availability to work after-hours and weekends

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
