Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our team at Private Label Staff. As a Talent Partner, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from intakes with managers, candidate sourcing to screening candidates. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to handle ad hoc projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for client organizations.
  • Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a diverse pool of candidates for various roles.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and organizational culture.
  • Provide clients with regular updates on the recruitment process, including candidate shortlists and interview schedules.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Manage and contribute to ad hoc recruitment projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in handling varying recruitment demands.
  • Work on special assignments, such as talent mapping, market research, and competitor analysis, to support strategic recruitment initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter, preferably in a staffing agency or recruitment firm.
  • Strong work ethic, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
