Private Label Staff is Hiring a Remote Remote Sales Operations Analyst

Job Summary:

The Sales Operations Analyst helps drive sales growth by identifying areas for expansion and improvement. This role helps ensure KPI’s are reported consistently across the DTC sales organization. This role will assist in developing a framework for scalable reporting, strategic planning. Projects may include pipeline analysis on a standard cadence, deploy and refine industry best practice forecasting processes, in-depth ad hoc sales performance analysis, develop and manage territory analysis, evaluation of strategic programs and the packaging of findings/recommendations into presentation-ready content for senior leadership.

Responsibilities (Specific tasks, duties, essential functions of the job)

  • Help create and update Salesforce reports and dashboards for sales reps and managers
  • Assist sales reps by identifying and resolving data integrity issues.
  • Partner with other internal teams to assist with data needs.
  • Assist sales management in implementing new data points and analytics to support sales strategies.
  • Assist in collection and analysis of report data to track sales performance and metrics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent reporting standards and processes.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis to understand quotas, and/or sales rep performance and competitor impact.
  • Support ongoing analysis of business performance.
  • Collect, Analyze, evaluate and report data to track sales performance metrics.
  • Assist sales management to Identify new data points and analytics to support sales strategies.
  • Assist in building repeatable processes and reporting packages to empower both sales leaders and reps with critical operational data related to sales strategy and execution
  • Collaborate with the IT team to improve or define processes that promote data integrity and reporting functionality
  • Assist with driving behavioral changes with the sales force to maximize selling results and overall productivity. Provide standard revenue and performance reporting/analysis, business reviews, build reports/sales tools, maintain systems infrastructure, and ad hoc analytics.
  • Assists in the development of sales quotas and forecasts for the sales team (headcount planning process) through data and trend analysis. This includes both our inside and outside sales teams.
  • Prepare executive-level quarterly and monthly business reviews and present to internal and external customers.
  • Identify, validate, and execute opportunities for sales performance improvements.
  • Drive improvements and efficiencies within the Sales Operations Team.
  • Provide support to the management team in the development of sales quotas and forecasts for the sales team (headcount planning process) through data and trend analysis. This includes both our inside and outside sales teams
  • Build repeatable processes and reporting packages to empower both sales leaders and reps with critical operational data related to sales strategy and execution.
  • Develop and maintain standardized operational reports and dashboards to monitor overall region/territory health, data integrity, and other key objectives and performance indicators
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with any other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Able to create scalable and repeatable analytics, and able to perform complex analysis including regression, forecasting and probability modeling
  • Analytical & problem-solving skills & ability to multi-task; solutions-oriented problem solver
  • Strong communicator both verbally and written. Able to communicate at all levels
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and build excellent rapport with internal teams
  • Must have strong work ethic.
  • Attention to detail is required.
  • Effective conflict resolution.
  • Proficiency with CRM and/or Lead Management systems
  • Highly organized.
  • Ability to effectively interface with different departments within the company.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 15%).

Qualifications (Experience and Education)

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or relevant business discipline, required. Master’s preferred.
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations or other Sales Support functions, required (preferable in healthcare setting).
  • Advanced knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce required.
  • Advanced knowledge/proficiency in Excel functions including: nested ifs, vlookups, pivot tables, external references, conditional formatting, and other complex formulas, required.
  • Previous Business Intelligence BI (or planning tool) report writing experience, required.
  • A combination of training, education and experience that is equivalent to the qualifications listed above and that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
