POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an HR Employee Relations Coordinator for our human resource’s function, contributing to the overall success of our organization. As an HR Employee Relations Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives, overseeing day-to-day HR operations, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This position requires a combination of leadership skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in various HR functions.

Remote role with occasional travel to Dallas office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Provide leadership and guidance on complex employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Develop and manage compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Utilize HR technology and analytics for streamlined processes and data-driven decision-making.
  • Supervise HR staff, provide mentorship, guidance, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Collaborate with other department heads and executives on cross-functional initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in HR management, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Proven experience in fostering and maintaining strong employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and empathy-building strategies, enhancing workplace cohesion and morale.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
