We are a growing health insurance agency helping people select, enroll in, and use ACA health coverage. We are looking to hire a sharp and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our company’s compliance department. In this role, you'll be responsible for call monitoring, evaluation, department reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities:

· Evaluate and improve processes of sales and customer service department.
· Conduct quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
· Monitor multiple calls and reports in a timely manner.
· Track key quality assurance metrics for improvement strategies.
· Performs call monitoring and provides reports and feedback to sales agents and management.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Requirements and qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent
· Must have 2-15 or 240 Health License (FL)
· Strong understanding of company products, policies, and services.
· Proven experience in quality assurance or a similar role
· Must be able to pay attention to detail and work closely with management team.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
· Analytical, efficient, and thorough.
