Job Overview:

Nextgen Pest Solutions is on the lookout for a proactive Pest Control Quality Assurance Specialist for our West Palm Beach branch. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of our pest control services. Your primary focus will be to bridge our service delivery with customer satisfaction, playing a key role in maintaining our reputation as a top pest control provider in the area.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site evaluations within a 60-mile radius of West Palm Beach to assess the quality of pest control services.
• Utilize our CRM to oversee service tickets, ensuring adherence to proper product usage and procedures.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback, enhancing satisfaction levels.
• Perform account visits and reviews, collaborating with service managers to elevate service quality.
• Engage in on-call duties for emergency service requests.
• Actively request online reviews from customers, and address and visit clients with reservice requirements.
• Foster a collaborative atmosphere across various departments.

Qualifications:

• Preferred experience in Pest Control, Termite, and/or Wildlife control.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and safely work on ladders.
• Willing to travel occasionally and participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
• Required licenses/certificates as per federal, state, and local regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean motor vehicle record.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
