We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Scheduling Coordinator. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our scheduling system. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and manage appointments for our clients with our cleaning partners.
Duties:
- Schedule Client service appointments using Outlook & Salesforce CRM scheduling software
- Coordinate with cleaning providers and staff to ensure accurate amount of staff are at each booking .
- Implement compliance to all cleaning partners to ensure jobs get done properly & hassle-free.
- Manage multiple calendars and schedules based on each clients account to optimize appointment availability.
- Answer phone calls via work iphone and respond to client needs & inquiries regarding their properties.
- Maintain client notes, inventory updates, & records of additional services provided to clients and update information as necessary
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed with upper management.
Experience:
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling high call volumes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
