Overview
The Associate Development Program (ADP) presents an outstanding opportunity to further your knowledge and pave your path to build a career at Prisma. The ADP provides a solid foundation across key areas of Prisma’s business. You will have exposure to all aspects of our company.

Production Phase
During your first months in the program, you will gain deeper understanding of each production area in our manufacturing facility. It is fast-paced and hands-on environment so you will quickly learn the skills necessary to be successful in our operation. Experience the importance of supply chain management, logistics, inventory control and more.

Business Phase
Throughout the remainder of the program, you will experience the technical, operational and administrative roles available at Prisma. By rotating to various
departments, you will increase your business acumen, a critical skill in furthering your career. Some of the areas you will become familiar with are sales, account
management, information technology and accounting.
