JOB SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Inventory Manager, this position handles the tasks of the warehouse and other functions as assigned to maintain efficiency within the warehouse.

10. Previous relevant experience preferred.
11. Excellent human relation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff, and patients.
12. Demonstrates ability to work successfully with internal and external contacts.
13. Demonstrates ability to work independently.
14. Knowledge and adherence to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.
15. Must have a valid IL driver’s license.
16. Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Call route customers for ETAs on scheduled deliveries
2. Pick/pull and stage items for delivery in AM and PM
3. Record all required information on delivery tickets
4. Assist delivery technicians in loading delivery vehicles in AM and PM
5. Stock incoming items to proper locations as directed
6. Process returns of equipment and supplies from facilities/customer homes
7. Clean/disinfect, examine, test and repair returned equipment for functionality
8. Perform function checks and enter preventative maintenance records using company PC/laptop
9. Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas
10. Report needed repairs to manager
11. Maintain communication with Purchasing and AP Departments
12. Verify all incoming deliveries (Backup role)
13. Match packing slips with Purchase Orders (Backup role)
14. Prepare and ship packages using UDS, USPS and UPS software daily (Backup role)
15. Conduct inventory weekly, or as needed (Backup Role)
16. Occasional driving may be required as needed (Backup role)
